Four licensed commercials and a promotion for Mel Gibson's movie, Passion, ran in the exploratory phase in Rochester, NY, before the hiatus in 2004 to develop a plan for national roll out of the concept. The licensed commercials may be cost effective when used in one market..... But for planned use in multiple markets across the United States, Churches That Care will have to use proprietary video messages that are produced exclusively for this purpose. This is necessary to be cost effective and to create the unique brand image and identity, cTc.tv, in mind's eyes across the country. Creative and production talent is welcome to provide prayerful inspiration and contributions to meet this objective. A common contact screen with the cTc.tv logo and phone number, and a common musical theme are visualized to help brand the video message .... and recall of the cTc.tv logo and name leading the seeker to cTc.tv The video below is a prototype developed by volunteers in Rochester, NY. Consider the message if you will. Then please pray that something will happen that is in accord with His will for this tiny mission. |

Webmaster's Lament.
The original vision for http://cTc.tv was to use mass media awareness with video like this to encourage single parents that had children under the age of 13 to come to a nearby church that cares -- a church that they would want to return to often based on their very first impressions on their first day as a guest of that church. That was in 2003. Now it is 2013, a decade later, and the failure to achieve that objective weighs heavily on this webmaster as more and more frequently the mass media reports on the violence of teens on other teens and adults of all ages. Those teens were pre-schoolers when we started this endeavor, and if the truth were known, many of the now violent teens never have seen the inside of a church that really cares -- and now they are already on a path of self-destruction, and in some cases, much worse. Please pray that some visionary leader that has a mass media platform is able to effectively point out that when God is tossed out of the family and the education system for our youth, the consequences will become dire -- as has been learned time and time again by those who take the time to better understand the roots and history of human behavior in this broken world. Why do humans keep making the same mistakes when the Truth is right in front of them? Maybe one day ........
